Trade Secrets: Yeah, What that guy said

Since I started this blog and started writing about trade secrets, I have been writing that these things are vital to the business. The Fort Wayne Journal Gazette makes the point a little differently: Trade secrets are assets.

I disagree with the article's apparent advice to forgo legal advice. I would prefer having evaluated the protections before litigation (and their misappropriation) rather than during litigation. The business' bank account will probably like the difference in cost, too.
