Trade Secrets for Today

The Trade Secrets Blog has two articles Sears Gets “Roto Zipped” for $21M and The Costs of Corporate Espionage which will be of interest.

I think the first will have more interest for lawyers - I am still reading the original case. The second one needs to be read by business owners. I know that some will say that this article is about Big Businesses, that my business's trade secrets are not worth that much. I repeat myself but I do so in the hope that someday people start asking themselves this question: what is my business worth without its trade secrets?
